Ausco Modular designed and built a high quality multi-use building, meeting all the brief requirements of the client, Stockland Coomera.
Stockland Coomera sought a multi-use building that could accommodate office space for their staff as well as a central sales and information centre to promote their Foreshore residential development on the Gold Coast.
The modular building was created to the client’s specified design and layout requirements, including an office on the upper level for their central staff and the large ground level to be used to promote the available sales displays.
Stockland Coomera also wanted completely different exteriors for the two levels, each level positioned asymmetrically with contrasting external wall panels.
Ausco was able to achieve a truly eye-catching modular building from design to finishes, creating a dramatic offset cantilever top floor and metallic rusting external wall panels for the ground level. The building incorporated multiple office and meeting areas as well as bathroom, shower and kitchen facilities. All spaces allowed for mobility access.
Ausco worked alongside external installers, electricians, plumbers, factory building fabricators, painters, plasterers, vinyl and carpet layers, and cabinet installers to ensure the build was conducted in a safe manner.
Ausco’s modular building addressed Stockland’s specifications, creating a dual functional space with premium design and features.
The Stockland Coomera Sales & Information Centre demonstrates the endless possibilities of modular design, proving that modular buildings can have a bespoke layout and finish beyond basic rooms and transitory building solutions.
