Designed by architects Johnston Pilton Walker with Marchese Partners as executive architects, and interiors by Lorena Gaxiola, The Lennox is located at the junction of the historic Lennox Bridge and Parramatta’s Church Street precinct.

The Lennox, a landmark mixed-use riverfront development in Parramatta by EQ Projects was named ‘Best International Project’ at the PCBC Gold Nugget Awards in San Francisco. Considered the ‘Academy Awards’ of the global building industry, PCBC's Gold Nugget Awards recognises and honours the top innovators in design, planning and development every year.

The $450m, 47-level mixed-use project is the result of a Project Development Agreement between the City of Parramatta and PCC DevCo1 Pty Ltd, with development management by EQ Projects.

The Lennox’s use of innovation and technology to overcome project challenges while creating an elegant addition to the Parramatta skyline impressed the judges, who commented:

“The building mass is driven by the creative plan geometry and emphasises the verticality of the building. This geometry also gives almost every unit two to three sides of light and ventilation. The crisp, minimalist interiors are sophisticated and well executed.

“[We] commend the sustainable design, celebration of history and aboriginal heritage, and reclamation of the urban riverfront. This is the kind of residential community that makes a big impact on the community at large.”

The Lennox will comprise of 441 studio, one, two, three and four-bedroom residences including Sky Villas, each unit designed to offer a luxurious lifestyle to their residents. The project also includes 5,500sqm of retail and mixed-use space and eight levels of basement parking.

Construction on The Lennox is expected to be complete in mid-2020.
