Crown Group has appointed award-winning Koichi Takada Architects to design luxury interiors at Viva by Crown, the final stage of its Top Ryde City Living residential development.

The interiors are on display at the new Viva by Crown display suite at Top Ryde City Shopping Centre.

Koichi Takada Architects drew inspiration from natural forms when designing the interiors, pairing modern glamour with an effective use of space, before adding luxurious finishes and European appliances.

“The interiors are warm and luxurious, which goes back to the connections with nature we’ve instilled all through the residence,” said Koichi Takada Architects founder, Japanese-Australian architect Koichi Takada.

“Viva by Crown interiors have been designed to take maximum advantage of space to simplify day-to-day life while complementing the luxurious apartments of the existing buildings at Top Ryde City Living,” said Mr Takada.

Koichi Takada Architects have won several respected industry awards, including the International Restaurant and Bar Design Awards in the UK and an International Property Council award, and have featured in Australian and international design magazines.

Viva by Crown will feature 166 one and two bedroom apartments within two buildings.

The display suite features a full-sized kitchen, bathroom, living area, bedroom and study, allows buyers to experience the Viva lifestyle before they buy.

The open-plan layout is designed to maximise sunlight and natural ventilation, with harmonious transitions between indoor living and outdoor balcony areas.

Buyers have the choice of two colour palettes; Finegrain, a paler, timber-inspired palette and Quarries, featuring de-saturated brown and pale-grey hues from rock formations in the area.

Viva by Crown residents gain full access to Top Ryde City Living’s expansive, resort-style facilities including a music room, library, media theatres, pool and an indoor/outdoor function area.

Residents will also have panoramic views to the Blue Mountains, Chatswood, North Sydney and the Sydney CBD and The Sydney Harbour Bridge visible from many apartments and common viewing platforms.

Construction of Viva by Crown commenced in March this year and is expected to be completed in mid-2014.
