In the Complete Home Show, organised by Complete Exhibitions , visitors can enjoy cooking demonstrations from chefs including Andy Ball, Head Chef at Sydney’s bel mondo restaurant.

Chefs on the Run will host the cooking demonstrations at the Complete Home Show, which is taking place at the Hordern Pavilion and Royal Hall of Industries, Moore Park, 12 – 14 September 2008.

Englishman Andy Ball will be just one of the guest chefs participating in the demonstrations, where he will be preparing simple yet stylish dishes for the spring and summer months.

Career highlights for Andy Ball include roles with Claridge’s and The Ritz Hotel in London and the Four Seasons Hotel in Sydney, as well as winning the UK Craft Guild of Chefs ‘UK Chef of the Year’ and the UK’s prestigious William Heptinstall Award in 2007.

Chefs on the Run’s cooking demonstrations at the Complete Home Show will also include daily ‘Battle of the Chefs’ sessions where guest chefs will participate in a cook off using only five main ingredients, and ‘Iron Chefs on the Run’, where the audience will be involved in assisting a chef in creating a two-course meal with a limited selection of fresh ingredients.

Celebrating the diversity of Sydney’s homeowners and homes, The Complete Home Show will showcase and demonstrate practical and up-to-date home and lifestyle solutions to homeowners, renters and investors.

In addition to the Chefs on the Run cooking demonstrations, other features at the Complete Home Show include:

  • Demonstrations on restoration and renovation of historic, period, federation and Victorian residential homes by The Master Builders Association of NSW and National Trust of Australia (NSW)
  • Stain removal and cleaning tricks from Australia’s Queen of Clean, Shannon Lush
