A 2-stop personal elevator was installed at a home on Marion Street in Leichhardt, NSW to enable the family to travel easily between the ground and second floors.

The operating principle of the Flex-e home lift is based on the screw self-locking gear. The engine is mounted on the platform and rotates a threaded nut, which moves along the stationary screw, thereby, lifting the platform.

The shaft is constructed on an anodised aluminium frame interconnected with the panels chosen by the client. The lift comes with multi-layered sandwich panels and laminated glass panels as standard.

A maximum of three doors may be installed on each floor with either left or right swing. The doors on the top floor stop may be designed in the form of gates. This type of construction looks aesthetic and modern and gives a clear view of the surroundings. Depending on the client’s preferences, the platform and panels may be painted in any RAL scale colour. The Flex-e standard colour is RAL9006 (white aluminium).

With our team’s expertise and attention to detail, this home lift project was completed quickly and efficiently.

The client chose Flex-e elevator for several reasons including flexible design, low space requirement, high level of security, power-saving technology, digital control system, smooth adjustable movement, fast and intuitive installation, exterior design options, and durable screw drive system among others.
