In 2009, CASE Construction Equipment will celebrate 40 years of manufacturing skid steer loaders, a versatile type of construction equipment. The company began producing skid steers under the CASE name in 1969 after acquiring the Uni-Loader line from Universal Industries.
In addition to the 40th anniversary milestone, CASE Construction Equipment will produce their 250,000th skid steer before the end of 2009.
For 40 years, construction contractors, landscapers, farmers and others have recognised the value of multi-attachment machines. CASE skid steer line excels in terms of size, performance, productivity, serviceability, operator comfort and control, hydraulics or lift capacity.
According to Matt Hankin, Brand Marketing Manager, customers operating current-model CASE skid steers will find the trademark maneuverability that allows the machines to counter rotate. That important feature has now been complemented by operator comforts that include suspension seats and air conditioned cabs, and productivity features that include pilot controls, hydraulic couplers and high flow hydraulics.
CASE 400 series 3 skid steers feature radial- and vertical-lift configurations for greater versatility, redesigned cabs offering more room and better visibility, and superior serviceability for increased uptime. To boost production on job sites, there are more than 75 compatible attachments for CASE skid steers.
CASE 400 series 3 skid steers are available with hydraulic quick couplers that can be used for the quick exchange of attachments, and ride control for maximum load retention and more comfortable operation.
