Blum 's latest product the COMBOX is designed to prevent front on collisions occurring in corner situations with SERVO-DRIVE when another drawer is already opened.
The COMBOX works together with the SERVO-DRIVE units to ensure simultaneous opening is eliminated, this prevents collisions of drawers or corner applications with high fronted pullouts.
There is a cable that connects the SERVO-DRIVE units to the COMBOX that will ensure all other drawers in opposite cabinets are closed when the opposite one is opened. However, units in the same cabinet can be opened, without shutting. When the drawer is closed, drawers in the linked cabinets can be opened once more.
Some applications may need more than the one COMBOX but that will depend on the combination of cabinets. The COMBOX only works with the SERVO-DRIVE Z10A3000.02.
