The back@work team at the 11th World Congress on Pain at Darling Harbour say they were honoured to receive a visit from the Danish Trade Commissioner, Ms Helle Sejersen Myrthue, in recognition of the innovative use by back@work of Danish lifting technology.

Myrthue spent over an hour at the back@work display stand inspecting the group’s electronic height adjustable desks and discussing the significant ergonomic advantages that they offer to all office staff – not only those with back problems.

Electronic height adjustable desks are considered an essential component of the modern office in Denmark, and other Scandinavian countries, with approximately 30 per cent of staff using them. Myrthue has just overseen the refit of the Danish Trade Commission offices in Sydney including the installation of 10 such desks.
