The Austech range of cultured stone cladding was used extensively on a new development in Norwest, near the Norwest Business Park.
The developer, Norwest Land has also been involved in other major projects, such as the Bella Vista Waters estate. The Lakes, Norwest, has just completed the first stage called the Peninsula. The Peninsula features eleven lakeside homes, eleven townhouses and twelve apartments. Cultured stone cladding is fitted to the exterior of all residences.
The Norwest development is designed to feel like an established family estate. Extensive mature planting and the use of cultured stone cladding helps the development to fit into the natural parkland and surrounding lake.
A three story apartment complex is at the Peninsula’s centre. The complex has large feature columns on the front and back. These features are clad with Country Ledgestone and stretch from the ground, up to the top penthouse level, three levels above.
