The Columbus Flat Roof commercial attic ladder includes a wooden frame box and metal top hatch, manufactured as a complete unit.
The external trap door on these roof access ladders, which has a right hand opening, is made up of a wood panel and is covered with galvanised sheet steel.
Fitted within the hatch door frame are additional steps to ensure safe exiting from the attic ladder, and an extra height option of up to 3.66m is available.
