The ReFORM and FireFORM combination from ZEGO Building Systems was used in the construction of the Wyndham Vacation Resort in Fiji to achieve substantial savings in costs.

While the ZEGO ReFORM formwork system helps save costs by allowing reuse of the panels multiple times on the external face, ZEGO FireFORM foam panels are used in the internal walls to provide insulation. The internal insulation also acts as a service duct for various internal services including plumbing, electrical power and lights. ZEGO FireFORM 60mm panels were used in the Wyndham resort installation.

WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham commissioned PBS to design, develop and refurbish their pool area and café, reception, lobby and kids club, and to relocate and construct a new restaurant.

This phase of development also included the construction of 63 new luxurious apartments positioned around landscaped gardens and a new pool with a swim-up bar. The site works associated with the units included a complete landscape and irrigation system, connecting pathways, lighting and signage.

The Wyndham Vacation Resort also features villas comprising of 1-3 bedroom Grand Suites and 3-4 bedroom spectacular oceanfront Presidential Suites in stylish, contemporary designs with Fijian elements throughout the interiors.
