Several exterior and interior paints from Wattyl were specified for the Sofitel Hotel in Darling Square, Sydney.
While Wattyl Solagard was applied on all the exterior surfaces, the interior walls and ceilings throughout the property used Wattyl I.D due to the paint’s ability to prevent bacterial growth on surfaces as well as its anti-mould and mildew protection capabilities. Wattyl Granosite was used for texture coating.
The doors and trims were finished in the Green Star compliant Wattyl Aqua Trim paint.
Developed by Lendlease Development, the hotel was built by Lendlease Construction and Infrastructure, with Tresamber serving as the paint contractor.
