Trimble Australia announces the introduction of a Trimble Ready factory option for John Deere GP motor graders.

John Deere’s GP motor graders are now ready for the installation of the Trimble GCS900 Grade Control System, which can significantly reduce the cost and complexity of installation for the contractor. Buyers of John Deere’s GP motor graders now have the option of installing a Trimble GCS900 Grade Control Base Kit, which provides mounting hardware, brackets and an integrated wiring harness to allow a more seamless installation of Trimble GCS900 Grade Control System.

Jena Holtberg-Benge, director of WorkSight for John Deere explains that by providing a Trimble Ready option, John Deere customers can benefit from quick, easy installation of a Trimble Grade Control System. With contractors increasingly utilising construction technology on the job site, this new option makes the installation more integrated and less costly for customers who prefer to use Trimble.

According to Ryan Kunisch, director of global marketing and product management for Trimble’s Heavy Civil Construction Division, the introduction of a Trimble Ready option for John Deere GP motor graders supports Trimble’s commitment to serve equipment manufacturers and their customers with construction technology that can maximise productivity and profitability. With their ability to install Trimble technology faster and less expensively, John Deere customers can now realise an even quicker return on investment from their Trimble equipment.

SITECH, Trimble’s global distribution network, provides installation services, personalised training and local technical support for Trimble Grade Control Systems installed on John Deere GP motor graders.

The Trimble Ready option for John Deere GP motor graders is available now in United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
