The Australian Trellis Door Company (ATDC) has installed their market-leading pedestrian barriers at the Transit Hall at Wynyard Station in Sydney. The high-end barriers provide access control to both the Concourse level and George Street level at the station.
Specified by Architectus Sydney, ATDC’s trackless and relocatable barriers have been installed at the entry/exit to the travellators and escalators in both areas, using seamless floor lockable devices to provide an extra level of security, thereby making them a more effective access control mechanism.
Powdercoated in Matt Dark Bronze, the barriers complement the environs of the Transit Hall area. Multiplex Global served as the project managers for the installation.
ATDC’s pedestrian barriers are independently audited and tested for safety of operation as well as for OH+S workplace requirements.
