The Australian Trellis Door Company (ATDC) announces the release of a new range of double diamond concertina security shutters into the Australian commercial doors market.

ATDC’s new double diamond concertina security shutters feature a dual pivot rotation as well as a concertina folding action to suit specific site requirements. Offering both through-vision and ventilation, the security shutters also limit a person’s ability to reach through the screen mesh and access the stored merchandise or stock.

An excellent loss prevention tool, these doors are compliant with the BCA for egress in an emergency while the versatile screen complies with the stringent Temporary Fencing and Hoarding provisions of the Australian Standards for dynamic impact, foothold aperture and no simulated climbing/anti-tip testing.

Fabricated from heavy duty steel sections, the screen is robust, lockable, secure and of sound engineering design.

ATDC recently installed their new double diamond concertina security shutters for Bankstown City Netball Association at their grounds in Condell Park, NSW. Funded by the NSW Office of Sport, these concertina security shutters were installed to lock and secure the Association’s BBQ area. Since the installation, the shutters have successfully prevented vagrants from sleeping in the enclosed area while eliminating any risk of theft and damage to goods and property. The screens also alleviate the expense of having to constantly clean the area. When unlocked and opened, the screens fold back and pivot flat against the side walls completely out of the way.

ATDC’s concertina security shutters are now sold in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Canberra as well as in all regional areas across the country including Newcastle, Geelong, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Hobart and Darwin. They are also exported to the UAE, South East Asia, the Asia Pacific Region and the Pacific Islands.
