Black powdercoated folding closure doors from The Australian Trellis Door Company (ATDC) were recently installed at Glue Store in Charlestown to secure their storefront. ATDC supplied their premium grade 300mm panel folding doors for the installation.
Glue Store is a national Australian retailer selling international and local brands of clothing, footwear and accessories including Stussy, Nike, Adidas, Tommy Hilfiger, Champion and more.
ATDC’s commercial folding closures were installed with a heavy duty extruded top track attached directly to structural supports above.
An emergency breakout door was also provided to comply with BCA’s egress regulations. This was required as the closure had been installed in an entry designated for emergency exit. The breakout door operates with a lever handle from the inside of the premises, allowing for quick keyless egress. The breakout door hinges outwards on activation of the lever handle.
