Spantech was contracted by the Diocesan Catholic Education Office of Rockhampton to design and construct multipurpose sports facilities at four different Catholic Primary Schools in the Mackay area.
Working with BOLD Architects and ThomsonAdsett Architects, Spantech executed the projects as part of the Building the Education Revolution (BER) program.
Spantech’s contract included: Indoor sports court, GLA/stage, canteen and amenities at St Anne’s Catholic Primary, Sarina; indoor sports court, GLA/stage, canteen, amenities and covered entrance at St Joseph’s Catholic Primary, Mackay; indoor sports court, canteen and amenities at MacKillop Catholic Primary, Mackay; and shade structure over a multipurpose court at St John’s Catholic Primary, Walkerston.
