Seeley International announces the acquisition of Coolerado Corporation, a Denver-based manufacturer of innovative, award-winning, air conditioning systems for commercial, industrial, government, and military applications.
This acquisition brings together the world’s leading indirect evaporative air conditioning technologies and establishes a US manufacturing presence for Seeley International, demonstrating its commitment to energy efficiency innovations.

The acquisition also establishes a US-based manufacturing facility for Seeley, signifying progress in their growth strategy as the company looks to move closer to their North American customers.
Coolerado’s indirect evaporative air conditioning products will become a part of Seeley’s portfolio that includes trusted brands such as Breezair, Convair, Coolair, Braemar, and Climate Wizard.

Following the acquisition of Coolerado’s Denver-based manufacturing facility, Seeley International intends to considerably increase their North American operations with a multi-million dollar capital injection designed to enhance product availability and customer service.
