Western Red Cedar screening from Screenwood formed part of the facade of a renovated home in the Melbourne suburb of Albert Park.

The existing Victorian-era home was transformed into a modern, bright and breezy space with a minimalist vibe. The living area was extended to maximise space for courtyard entertaining, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor transition using full-height glazing and continuous walls.

The master suite upstairs has been screened with custom Western Red Cedar panels to create a calm and relaxing sanctuary, with the screening combining privacy with solar efficiency. Natural light streams through the Screenwood panels, while the external facade benefits from the warmth and texture of the linear timber slats.

Screenwood manufactures and supplies prefinished timber modules for internal and external applications. Screenwood panels are supplied cut to specified lengths to enable swift installation onsite by any qualified tradesperson.
