Pharmaceutical giant Glaxo Smith Kline sought a safe access solution for their Australian operations in Ermington, NSW.
The facility required an access solution between levels, and which also needed to be delivered within a short period of time. Additionally, the access system had to be supplied in modules so that workers could locate the stairway into the constricted area.
KOMBI two-stage stair systems from Sayfa Group met all the requirements of the client. Glaxo Smith Kline ordered KOMBI components off-the-shelf, ensuring delivery and installation in a matter of days.
KOMBI’s modular design, with its easy manoeuvrability and flexibility to be adjusted on-site, was a huge advantage for the client. Any discrepancies with site pre-measurements could be easily dealt with by simply modifying the system to suit. The KOMBI system was installed by Walkway Systems Australia.
