Rotech Group Pty Ltd introduces a new range of Australian made portable turnstiles based on the 15-year-old Sentinel FH design but incorporating several new features including power options.

Rotech’s TriStar FH is a new line of bi-directional turnstiles designed for extreme ease of use and delivering a high level of operational safety. The new turnstile from Rotech also comes with optional solar power operation, eliminating the problem of power availability and reducing costs with no need for 240V cables.

Key features of the Rotech TriStar FH portable turnstiles include soft start and stop feature; status indication feature to indicate when the turnstile is closed, in operation, or whether it has been manually released; roof and anti-climb mesh for additional security; battery back-up available to operate the turnstile for up to 3000 cycles without mains power; additional portable base available for using the turnstile in different sites; and compatibility with all access control, card and proximity systems for simple integration.

The turnstile can also be configured to start the CCTV camera in the event of any interruption in operation for more than 10 seconds, allowing the security personnel to view the cause.

New features also include a new rotor design for a more open appearance without compromising on security; galvanised frame and rotor, also available in 304 or 316 stainless steel and supplied customised with powder coating in any primary colour; and 2-year guarantee on the mechanism of the turnstile.
