Raypak commercial pool and spa heaters from Rheem Australia have heating capabilities that range from 25 kW through to 960 kW. The client has the choice of either direct contact pool water heating or indirect pool water heating. Indirect pool heating is achieved through the use of a third party heat exchanger. These heat exchangers are made from cupronickel which is a more durable material than copper, especially when it is exposed to pool water.
The design of these pool and spa heaters incorporates the following practical features:
- Extremely tough bronze headers that will withstand the harshest of water conditions
- A condensation protection system that will eliminate premature corrosion and heater failure due to the build up of condensation during start up
- Stainless steel burners
- A flowing sensing standard which protects the heater when there is no water flow
- A standard with high wind top for outdoor appliances only to protect them from variable wind conditions
