The Ozzi Kleen sewage treatment systems are domestic wastewater recycling systems manufactured by the Australian owned Suncoast Waste Water Management.

Designed specifically for homes, Ozzi Kleen sewage treatment systems allow continued use of all non-oil based household cleaners, disinfectants and bleaches, processing these chemical cleaners into harmless compounds.

Ozzi Kleen sewage treatment systems recycle wastewater from the household into nutrient-rich water that can be safely reused on the property for watering gardens and lawns. The recycled wastewater is suitable for use in surface as well as sub-surface irrigation.

Designed to treat up to 2000 litres of wastewater each day, the Ozzi Kleen system operates on a cyclic fully aerobic basis, processing the water efficiently into clear and odourless irrigation water in a few hours.

Ozzi Kleen domestic sewage treatment systems use activated sludge through cyclic aeration, a technology employed by major town and industrial sewage treatment plants in Australia.

The activated sludge process treats all household sewage from toilets, bathrooms, kitchen and laundry as soon as it enters the aeration compartment. The organic waste is completely digested in the oxygen enriched environment by naturally occurring bacteria to produce treated water of high quality. The treated water is decanted and stored in the tank in the effluent holding compartment ready for reuse in gardens.

Ozzi Kleen sewage treatment systems are also available in an advanced model with an additional ‘nutrient removal’ function. This system produces recycled water of a higher standard, and is suitable for reuse in environmentally restricted applications.

Key features of Ozzi Kleen sewage treatment systems:

  • Single lightweight polyethylene tank
  • Rotomoulded tank in seamless design eliminates risk of seepage, leakage or root intrusion
  • Easy installation
  • 100% aerobic non-septic system eliminates septic odours
  • Lower running cost due to unique cyclic aeration process
  • Allows continued use of household cleaners
  • Copes with most antibiotics
  • No septic tank pump-outs required
  • Copes with shock loads
