Futurespace has specified Ontera Modular Carpet ’s Ultra Directions and Envisions IBC modular carpets for John Holland’s recent relocation to Pyrmont in Sydney.
The company’s relocation was a strategic decision and the move aligns the workplace with the future direction of the organisation and its existing strong culture. The Pyrmont premises covers approximately 6100sqm over two levels and has good access to natural light on all perimeters and also features views towards Sydney Harbour.
An oversized interconnecting stair was also installed as both a collaboration device and as homage to the raw materials used in large scale construction. In order to encourage collaboration between business units and teams a variety of meeting spaces were provided, yet there remains an inherent flexibility throughout so that teams can be reconfigured quickly and efficiently in response to market demands.
Ultra Directions modular carpet in Black Magic colour and Envisions IBC in Red Centre 390 colour were installed throughout the facility.

Envisions IBC is a plain colour cut pile carpet that features 100% nylon face yarn.
