Carpet tiles from Ontera – Milliken (Australia) Pty Ltd were customised in various patterns and colours to project the brand identity of Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) at their new call centre in Melbourne, VIC.

Executed for Dun & Bradstreet Australia and New Zealand, the interior design by Smith Madden Group placed high emphasis on branding for the office with an aim to achieve maximum visual impact using D&B’s corporate colours throughout the workspace. D&B’s relocated call centre catered for 240 staff, expandable up to about 270 employees.

Smith Madden’s designers worked closely with Ontera to design the custom carpets, taking full advantage of the Australian manufacturer’s capabilities to develop custom carpet tile patterns to reinforce D&B’s brand identity.

Ontera’s DyeStart carpet was customised for the project.
