Moddex Systems has appointed Monkey Toe Systems Ltd as its Principal New Zealand Distributor.

A New Zealand owned and operated company located on the western side of the North Island, Monkey Toe has over 30 years of experience supporting the construction industry.

Tim Prestidge, Monkey Toe Systems Director explains their solutions have set a new benchmark for roof protection, access and mounting in New Zealand. Adding the full Moddex range of modular handrails, balustrades and guardrails will be a natural complement to Monkey Toe’s current portfolio as they extend the company’s capabilities to keeping people and property safe at ground level.

The modular, no-weld design of Moddex’s handrails and guardrails is expected to be attractive to New Zealand’s DIY focused builders and developers. Prestidge is confident the innovation built into the Moddex product portfolio will be quickly understood by their existing customers and will also attract new customers.

Monkey Toe was selected to be Moddex’s NZ Principal Distributor due to their operational processes, structure, industry standing and extensive customer base within the construction and development industries.

Moddex’s modular, rapidly installed systems offer revolutionary advantages to multiple industries, with the benefits including modular construction, flat packaging for efficient delivery, no requirement for specialist trades, no welding required, delivering improved safety, and pre-coloured option to save costs and time.

Moddex products include Assistrail disability handrails; Bikesafe bikeway barriers; Conectabal balustrade systems; Tuffrail handrails and guardrails; Ezibilt modular trolley bay systems; and Safestop modular pedestrian and industrial barrier systems.
