The markilux 889 tracfix (formerly known as zip) has been supplied with a new, sturdier front profile as standard since June 2013. As a result, the awning runs more smoothly and the front profile suffers considerably less flex and bow at large sizes.
From 1st February 2014 the non-tracfix version of the markilux 889 will also be supplied with the new front profile and new square guide tracks. This means no more annoying guide track overhang as the base bar now closes completely flush with the bottom of the guide tracks.
