Makinex announces the appointment of Peter Maginnis as the new General Manager of Makinex USA. To be based at the North American Head Office in Los Angeles, Peter will be responsible for the growth of the company’s American arm.
Having spent the last 10 years in the rental and self-storage industry, Peter brings with him a passion to provide the best equipment rentals, sales and service to construction companies, builders, contractors and landscapers.
Rory Kennard recalled that he first met Peter as part of the Global Rental Alliance in Australia, and was also mentored by him when he was setting up Makinex USA. Rory now looks forward to working with Peter full time to grow the American arm of the business.
Makinex is expanding its operations in the North American and Canadian markets, and has signed a new business partnership with Home Depot Canada and Home Depot Online for Makinex’s jackhammer trolleys and tile smasher heads.
Peter is confident about the quality and performance of Makinex machines and looks forward to selling these products to customers so that they can work smarter, not harder.
The Makinex range in North America includes jackhammer trolleys, dual pressure washers, mixing stations, and powered hand trucks.
