Magnetic Automation Pty Ltd provided a solar powered vehicle traffic management solution to a healthcare facility for their staff carpark.
Magnetic’s solar powered boom gate was a cost-effective as well as pragmatic solution for this installation. The entrance where the boom gate was to be installed was some distance away from the nearest power source, making it more practical to install a solar-powered solution.
A high duty cycle and sustainable barrier was also important for this application since the boom gate was required to operate for more than 100 cars each day. The Magnetic Access range of boom gates offers excellent reliability and low operational costs in a maintenance-free package.
Magnetic also integrated the new solar-powered boom gate with the existing access control system.
