LINAK Australia announces the introduction of the DL6 No Crossbar DESKLIFT, a new compact range of 3-part lifting columns ideal for office desks without crossbars.
The DL6 No Crossbar lifting column is now also available with PIEZO, LINAK’s hardware based anti-collision technology that prevents material damage.
The integrated PIEZO technology offers optimised protection against squeezing or blocking when the desk is lowered. To prevent material damage, a PIEZO sensor automatically stops and reverses the desk slightly when an obstacle is met.
More sensitive and faster than known software based systems, the PIEZO sensor is completely integrated in the column with no visible changes, no reduced stroke length and no extra mounting.
Both the DL6 No Crossbar and DL14 lifting columns from LINAK now have the built-in PIEZO feature as an option.
