Laminex has introduced its new range of Laminex 180fx decorative surfaces to the Australian market.

These premium decorative laminate surfaces offer the appearance, beauty and scale of natural stone and marble alongside the practical advantages of laminate, enabling designers to create stunning, useable residential and commercial spaces.

Innovative printing technology has been utilised to create the decorative laminates, offering large scale designs that emulate the tiny nuances of natural stone, such as:

  • striking colour variations,
  • luxurious texturing,
  • intricate veining, and
  • sophisticated layering.

The range of decorative surfaces is comprised of six realistic stone patterns:

  • Silver Travertine,
  • Carrera Marble,
  • Soapstone Sequoia,
  • Black Fossilstone,
  • Slate Sequoia, and
  • Breccia Paradiso.

The large scale stone patterned laminates are suitable for a whole variety of commercial and domestic applications including:

  • benchtops,
  • countertops,
  • vertical applications, or
  • wherever inspiration strikes.

Jared Dinneen Marketing Manager at Laminex says that incorporating the decorative laminate creates endless design possibilities.

Jared explains, “Until now, technology has not had the ability to replicate a pattern that truly captures all the visual drama of a full natural marble slab,” “Laminex 180fx makes it easy for architects, specifiers and designers to achieve the beauty and realism of stone in commercial and residential spaces”
