Offering a totally engineered and scalable solution for commercial wastewater treatment applications the Commercial Modular BioDisc® is constructed from robust CRP, with each containerised module sitting above ground. It is designed for easy installation and utilises plug and play functionality.
The Commercial Modular BioDisc® is scalable for projects ranging from 300 to 2,500 population and because it is portable, it is ideal for off-mains sites with seasonal loads. The unique flow management system delivers an improved biological process, and adaptive forward feed management allows total flexibility for seasonal fluctuation, making wastewater treatment more efficient than ever.
In addition to its increased flexibility, treatment plants from the Commercial Modular BioDisc® range can be upgraded to Kingspan’s unique solar back up option. This is particularly advantageous for those in remote locations, who usually don’t have access to conventional back up systems. The solar panels on the Kingspan solar back up system cater for up to 100% of the used energy on any site.
