In addition to Section J compliance, Kingspan Kooltherm K12 also offers top quality fire performance. As a thermoset material, these thermal insulation systems do not soften and melt when burned.
The Kingspan Kooltherm K12 systems reduce wall cavity footprints and increase saleable floor space by delivering high thermal performance in a lightweight profile. They also keep wall cavities clean and accessible for services such as pumbing and electrical wiring.
Kingspan thermal insulation systems achieve low conductivity values, with the capacity to deliver the same product R-values as conventional wall batts in approximately half the thickness.
