Kennards Hire  has opened a new branch dedicated to hiring generators. Trailer-mounted 100kVA and 60kVA units are among the temporary power solutions on offer from Kennards Generators in Perth.

The generator rental outlet has a large quantity of generators which arrived from Italy in July, consisting of 20kVA, 45kVA, 60kVA and 100kVA units.

Kennards Generators says it has 100kVA and 60kVA generators available on trailers for pick-up or fast delivery at an economical rate, while other suppliers deliver the units by tilt-tray truck.

The new generator hire branch operates from the Kennards Rockingham site and can provide hire equipment for various needs, including construction, mining, power network support, local government, armed forces and events.

Dean Groves, who moved to Australia to take on the role, heads up Kennards Generators and is a former senior manager with Aggreko in the United Kingdom. Dean has 15 years of experience in the equipment hire industry including dealing with critical power failures, managing generator support for renewal projects, overseeing safety regulations and developing generator fleets.

“In keeping with Kennards’ reputation, we will be striving to provide not only top quality equipment but also great customer service,” he said.

“Because most of our generators are new, customers are also assured of greater reliability and dependability.”

The trailer method of delivery for the 100kVA and 60kVA units means the branch could respond quickly and be very competitive when quoting Dean said.
