Over 30 light towers from Kennards Hire have been supplied to assist with the grain harvest in South Australia that began in November.
Provided by the Kennards’ new traffic management hire centre in Adelaide, the light towers are being used at ABB Grain sites throughout the farming regions in SA.
This indicates Kennards’s ability to cater for projects in all parts of Australia where multiple lighting towers are required for long periods of time.
The fleet of light towers has been greatly expanded with a mixture of JLG and TecnoGen models. The JLG units feature a folding mast that can be raised in 110 seconds and elevates to a height of eight metres and rotates 350 degrees. The light towers have a horizontal reach of three metres.
TecnoGen light towers feature a nine metre high mast that can rotate 360 degrees. The TecnoGen light towers can be erected in 11 seconds, are silenced, fully bunded and have an 8KVA generator to offer excess power.
