Kennards Hire has expanded its network of equipment hire centres with the acquisition of Mount Barker Hire on Oborn Road in Adelaide Hills.
With the new Adelaide Hills branch, Kennards now operates 122 hire centres throughout all states and territories.
Michael Schultz, who sold the business and will stay on during the transition period, believes Kennards is ‘the right fit’ for his customers.
New equipment added to the Adelaide Hills hire centre by Kennards Hire includes scissor lifts, trailer lifts, skid steer loaders, mini excavators, scaffolding, 2-tonne tippers and the latest Hilti hammers.
Earlier this year, Kennards Hire became a fully national operator by expanding into the Northern Territory through the acquisition of Top End Hire, which provided four branches in Darwin and Alice Springs.
