Kennards Lift & Shift recently provided Blacktown City Council with a quick, safe way to erect goal posts before the football season.
The solution was a two-tonne crane truck, a tabletop model with a crane fitted at the back. These crane trucks can be driven by anyone with a car licence, making them ideal for businesses or organisations that can use their own staff for small lifting jobs.
Council team leader Paul Craig said the crane was easy to use and enabled them to get the job done quickly.
Kennards Lift & Shift also lease larger truck-mounted cranes that require a higher class licence.
