Karndean Designflooring has added new wood and stone designs to their stylish collection of vinyl flooring products. The luxury vinyl flooring specialist has expanded their LooseLay Series Four collection with six new wood designs and two new stone designs.

The wood designs are presented in a cool and understated palette that makes them perfect for creating a neutral backdrop to commercial projects. Among others, the range includes the light grey hue of Bridgeport LLP157, the pale blonde shade of Hamden LLP156, and the ashy brown of Fairfield LLP155.

The two new stone designs include the natural slate look of Dakota LLT212 and the light stone effect of Maine LLT213.

Designed for commercial environments, Karndean LooseLay luxury vinyl flooring combines stylish designs and an easy fit with enhanced acoustic properties and excellent environmental credentials.

Key features of the Karndean LooseLay range include large scale planks and tiles designed for quick and easy installation; reduced downtime and installation costs; cutting edge acoustic properties delivering sound control and reduced background noise pollution aligned with international building codes for multi-rise developments; and 20-year commercial warranty.

Ideal for busy office, retail and education environments, Karndean LooseLay commercial flooring can also be installed over most hard floors as long as they’re dry, smooth, sound and dust-free.

Damien Boyerhead of commercial sales at Karndean Designflooring says architects, interior designers and contractors are seeing the benefits of specifying Karndean LooseLay in place of traditional carpet tiles, ceramic tiles and laminate in commercial areas.

Commenting on the new additions, he says the new designs are a welcome addition and reflect the trends for natural and minimalist design in hospitality, retail and residential environments. Independent testing also shows Karndean LooseLay continues to lead the way in acoustic vinyl flooring.

The complete Karndean LooseLay collection will now feature 24 wood, eight stone and two textile designs.
