Singer/songwriter Travis Sinclair, who is the voice behind Kanga Loaders songs that are played at racetracks in the V8 Supercar HPDC and Yokohama V8 Utes Series, has been awarded 2005 Australian Independent Artist Of The Year, at the Telstra Country Wide Southern Stars Australian Independent Country Music Awards.
The Award, which was announced at a Gala presentation night in the Mildura Arts Centre, is determined by a separate panel and is judged on the artist’s full range of activities including recording, performing, promotion and profile.
Sinclair is the voice behind Kanga Loaders Racing’s song, “Go the Kanga,” that is currently airing across race tracks in both the V8 Supercar HPDC Series and the Yokohama V8 Utes Series.
