Interpon Powder Coatings  by AkzoNobel were chosen for the prestigious Shard tower project in London.

A new development in the London Bridge quarter that dominates the London skyline, the Shard is now the tallest building in Western Europe at 310 metres. The Shard combines office space, luxurious apartments, outstanding restaurants and the prestigious Shangri-LA hotel.

Eight different Interpon products applied by approved applicators Josef Gartner and Höfer (Germany) and SAS International (UK) provide coating protection to the tower structure.
