One of the building’s crucial energy saving features are the 200 Helioscreen External Sunscreens powered by Somfy.
The external shading solution from Helioscreen Australia and New Zealand play an essential role in managing the glare and heat load of the massive 6,000m2 of commercial office space. The 200 Helioscreen External Sunscreens’ unique design allows the screens to be positioned away from the window to block direct light and lower the heat load while still allowing air to flow through and ventilate the space.The sunscreens are then automatically controlled using solar sensors positioned on the building’s roof.
Helioscreen External Sunscreens are available with a range of different size and profile head boxes. They can also come equipped with either stainless steel wire guides or aluminium tracks and powder-coated to suit individual facades.
