Greenline Shade and Shelter has installed a new pedestrian walkway system at the Albury Airport as part of their upgrade project.

Covering over 45m², the pedestrian walkway system is a modern sophisticated system that lends a streamlined look across the pay stations, bus shelters, pedestrian walkways and a carpark shelter.

Various features in the pedestrian walkway system make the structure unique and user-friendly. For instance, glass inserts in the bus shelters maintain the open environment while powder-coated aluminium roller shutter doors were added on the ticket booths for security. The cantilevering design also provides minimal disruption.

The carpark shelter measuring 23.5m x 152m is built out of the same materials to ensure a consistent look throughout the airport.

The pedestrian walkway system is made from steel and aluminium for long-term durability. The pedestrian shelters can be modified to suit any area size while their modern, simplistic look can be transferred to any new shelter that may be required in the future to ensure a cohesive look.
