Mirabel House in St Kilda is the new headquarters of Mirabel Foundation, a Melbourne-based not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing support to children orphaned or abandoned due to parental drug use.

Established over 20 years ago, Mirabel Foundation built their own new premises in St Kilda so that they are better equipped to provide counselling services as well as outreach programmes, and bring a positive change to the lives of these children. Mirabel House now accommodates an office for their staff, a drop-in centre for children and carers, and an event space for activities and programmes run by the foundation.

Mirabel House also features large multipurpose spaces designed by international interior designer Diane Bergeron, ensuring a special and welcoming environment for children and their families.

Key highlights of the property include a large multipurpose room for events, support group meetings and movie nights; Chef’s Kitchen for catering; indoor/outdoor staff room; study area for after-school homework and tutoring sessions; library filled with children’s books for all ages; storage for donations and birthday gifts; garden and relaxing outdoor space; offices for Mirabel staff; and reception, boardroom and bathrooms.
