Flowmatic electronic tapware from Galvin Engineering was specified during the upgrade of the Suncorp Plaza building in Brisbane CBD.

Located on 143 Turbot St, Suncorp Plaza is a 24-level building facing the Brisbane Town Hall. The tower is constructed over a podium structure, and consists of six floors of office, a structured carpark of 192 cars and active retail space on the ground floor.

The building received a distinctive architectural facade and major service upgrade during 2007, including extensive augmentation of mechanical services and lifts, bringing the building to PCA Grade A standard. Additionally, all floors were progressively refitted and all foyer areas and lobbies refurbished during this time.

Architecture firm Guida Moseley Brown Architects, which was responsible for the upgrade, specified Flowmatic electronic tapware in the building.
