Formula Interiors recently executed an office interiors project for Ostwald
Brothers in Brisbane’s West End.
Designed by Harry Poulos Architects, the scope of the project involved
the conversion of a derelict industrial warehouse on Montague Road into a
multi-level, modern commercial office for Ostwald Brothers to serve as their
corporate headquarters.
The architect was inspired by the warehouse’s existing industrial
elements including the internal sawtooth roof profile while creating design
features for the new office.
Housing a variety of executive and middle management office spaces,
extensive open plan workstations, breakout zones and a commercial-grade kitchen
to service the in-house restaurant, the corporate office space exhibits
innovative use of multiple levels across the ground and mezzanine floors spread
over 3,287 square metres.
The office also features the latest in technology including advanced data
and communications systems as well as BMS.
The interior design project was completed in 15 weeks to the complete
satisfaction of Ostwald Brothers.
