Flowcrete Australia has worked extensively with Home Consortium designers to provide a modern flooring system which could be used in the walkways of the lifestyle, health and appliance brand shopping hub.  Formed in 2016, Home Consortium offers visitors with a lifestyle shopping hub including a mix of retail, leisure & lifestyle services, homewares & electrical retailers under the one roof.

Flowcrete Australia's commercial resin flooring system, Metallic Expressions, was selected as a highly decorative, hard wearing, advanced flooring solution that provides a unique metallic finish that creates a visual impact. A bespoke grey colour blend, unique to Home Consortium stores, was chosen and will be used nationally to ensure a consistent finish across all Home Consortium sites.  

Metallic Expressions features a multi-tonal, stylistic visual effect and when combined with its abrasion resistant, hard-wearing properties it results in a highly durable and decorative flooring system. 

Each retail hub features a similar layout, allowing customers to easily visit the range of tenants located at the facilities with ease with major sites features concourse areas ranging from 800m2 to 1,600m2.

The Metallic Expressions flooring system has so far been installed in the main concourses of centres across Australia including Penrith (NSW), Marsden Park, South Morang (VIC), North Lakes (QLD), Morayfield (QLD), Tingalpa (QLD), Toowoomba (QLD) and Lismore (QLD) with additional sites across Australia to be transformed throughout 2018 and early 2019.

The team from Flowcrete Australia will be showcasing their range of luxury commercial flooring systems including the Metallic Expressions, Mondéco Terrazzo and Flowshield Stone ranges on stand 24 at the upcoming FRONT 2018 event, which takes place from 9-10th August at Carriageworks Sydney.
