FLIR Infrared Cameras & Thermal Imaging has introduced new features
and capabilities in its popular T-Series family of premium thermal cameras including
the new T460 and T660 models.
The enhanced FLIR T-Series thermal cameras feature UltraMax, a unique
image processing feature that significantly improves the IR resolution and
sensitivity of the cameras. Offering four times the thermal pixels, twice the
resolution, and 50% greater sensitivity than standard unprocessed images, UltraMax
images are viewed and processed in FLIR Tools software for PCs.
Users can zoom in on smaller heat anomalies, get more accurate
measurements and see more detail in UltraMax images than with previous
unprocessed images.
Select T-Series cameras also come with improved thermal sensitivity as
low as 20mK as well as improved temperature measurement accuracy.
FLIR’s new T460 and T660 thermal imaging cameras incorporate all the new
features as well as additional capabilities such as temperature ranges expanded
to 2,000°C; continuous auto-focus; and onboard recording of real-time radiometric
video files. Data can be played back and analysed in FLIR Tools and FLIR Tools+
software, enabling the user to analyse thermal changes over time.
