Australia’s leading brand of thermostatic mixing valves, Enware has released an upgraded Aquablend 1500 TMV with NSW Health approval. An upgrade kit is also available for existing Aquablend TMVs.
The upgraded Aquablend 1500 thermostatic mixing valve features an integral thermal flush mechanism that allows the valve to pass hot water through during critical decontamination and maintenance, delivering a major benefit in the control of legionella and bacteria.
The thermal flush feature operates independently of the temperature setting, providing significant time and labour savings.
Enware also recommends the addition of Enware Smartflow TMV monitoring or SQX point of use Thermostatics in health installations to provide an ideal solution for mixed water delivery, control and risk management.
