    MAX™ front glazing: Improving standards

    Front glazed systems are ‘framing systems’ and allow the ready adaptation of operable sashes and doors, making them ideal in apartment projects and situations where designs incorporate a facade. The MAX™ 150mm Front Glazed Suite is one of our most popular ranges; it offers several benefits over and above industry standards.

    • Our glazing methodology uses high performance co-extruded Santoprene gaskets, which give our systems a better long-term performance than typical PVC wedges.
    • Our glazing beads can’t fall out; they will rock back and remain captive in our systems.
    • Our unique Watershed™ technology deals with the redirection of water, both exterior and interior, in a safe, effective manner which does not rely on unsightly drain holes.
       

    Allowing for either a 34mm or 40mm pocket size, the 150mm Front Glazed Suite can incorporate IGUs from 24mm to 34mm. All sections have a reduced front profile with a 12mm glass bite for a cleaner look, offering a greater lettable area for tenants and reducing external ledge size on the exterior. All units can be either internally or externally glazed, dry glazed or wet glazed.

    Incorporating a range of door tracks, awning and casement sash options, and specially designed for ease of fabrication, our MAX™ 150mm Front Glazed Suite is also compatible with Offset and Front Capped systems, allowing you to mix and match different elements for true design control.
