EBSA Pty Ltd products have been integrated into two of the projects recently named by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) in their ‘Most Influential Tall Buildings of the Last 50 Years’ list.

“CTBUH has highlighted best practice examples of tall buildings that represented a significant change in thinking or technique” with each building representing “a milestone in the development of the typology”.

1 Bligh Street, Sydney

There are three types of operable glass louvres utilised in the 1 Bligh Street project including Schneider louvres supplied by EBSA. The building features large-format louvres on the ground floor and Safetyline Jalousie louvres at roof level. Additionally, Schneider G12 BS frameless glass louvres have been installed on nearly every level of the building, and are connected to the BMS and fire system via EBSA’s D+H Mechatronic smoke control panels.
